CR18G KSA is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Deputy Project Director (DPD) to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This senior leadership role is ideal for a motivated Arab National professional with a proven track record of success in managing complex construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and oversight to the Project Director in all aspects of project execution.
- Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement project strategies and work plans.
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Identify and resolve project challenges and issues proactively.
- Attend project meetings and represent the Project Director as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all project safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of experience in the construction industry within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region (highly preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
- A valid Saudi Arabian Iqama (transferable or non-transferable).
