Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for leading and optimizing technology operations? We are seeking a highly motivated IT Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT infrastructure, managing the IT team, and ensuring the smooth operation, security, and performance of our technology systems, with a particular focus on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions (discuss during interview).
- Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s ERP system, ensuring its efficiency and user-friendliness.
- Manage and support the Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate employee training and development.
- Implement robust network security protocols and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their technology needs and provide effective IT solutions.
- Oversee system upgrades, installations, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Manage the IT budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Stay abreast of emerging IT trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience managing and supporting ERP systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, and systems administration.
- Strong understanding of IT compliance frameworks and cybersecurity practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
