A leading company in Saudi Arabia is urgently seeking three qualified RSTC (HSE) professionals to join their team. This role is essential for maintaining health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on drilling projects. The ideal candidates will have significant experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) drilling industry and will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Job Description:
- Safety Oversight: Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on drilling sites.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards associated with drilling operations.
- Training and Awareness: Provide safety training to drilling personnel and promote a culture of safety awareness on-site.
- Incident Reporting: Investigate and report any safety incidents, ensuring that corrective actions are taken to prevent future occurrences.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all drilling operations comply with KSA safety regulations and company standards.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, incidents, and compliance activities.
Qualifications:
- Must have relevant experience in HSE, particularly within the KSA drilling industry.
- Candidates should be Indian or Filipino nationals.
- Strong knowledge of KSA drilling safety regulations and best practices.
- Certification in HSE or related fields is preferred (discuss during the interview).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HSE role within the drilling industry.
- Proven track record of ensuring safety compliance on large-scale drilling projects.
