Sales Supervisor

Al Hadeel International Trading Company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Supervisor to join our team. This role is critical in leading our sales team to success, ensuring that sales targets are met, and contributing to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the FMCG industry and be prepared to work across various locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions to address challenges and optimize sales results.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities. Use insights to refine strategies and drive business growth.
  • Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for market expansion and develop strategies to penetrate new markets within the FMCG sector.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the GCC, with at least 3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
    • FMCG industry experience is mandatory.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Saudi Arabia as required.
  • Immediate Availability: Candidates who are ready for immediate hiring will be preferred.
